DO'S AND DON'TS

THINGS TO AVOID BEFORE CLOSING

All too often, Homebuyers make little innocent mistakes before, during, or after they enter into Purchase Agreements, which can cause Banks to deny the applicant’s Mortgage Loan Applications.

So, here is a list of things to Consider from now on until Closing.

***Do not Change, or Quit your Job.

***Do not Purchase or lease a Vehicle, or Anything else on Credit.

***Do not use your Credit Cards, instead use your Debit Cards.

***Do not Payoff, or Close any of your Credit Accounts.

***Do not Pay any of your Credit Accounts more than 30 Days Late.

***Do not Inquire, or Open any new Credit Accounts.

***Do not Lend your Credit or co-sign for Anyone. Do not dispute any of your Credit Accounts.

***Do not Hire a Credit Repair Company while under Contract.

***Do not make large CASH Deposits or Withdrawals in or out of your bank account.

***Do not Take a Last Minute Vacation and Spend your Cash to Close.

***DO NOT wire transfer your Earnest Deposit or Cash to Close unless you verbally speak to your Title Company
